A light bodied, lean wine which is light in colour with spritzy, crisp and fresh flavour. Our grapes are produced in the Snowy Mountains region of Tumbarumba, where the climate encourages vigorous growth. The dark skinned grapes are hand-picked and the resulting wine has aromas and flavours of red apple and nashi pear.
